DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MILITARY SPOUSE TO ATTEND?

Yes and no, you must be a spouse of active duty, retired, reserves or gold star spouses. We do make exceptions for active duty and Department of Defense employees. Exceptions are taken on as a case by case basis and decisions are carried out by the President and executive board.

DO YOU HAVE TO ATTEND ALL 3 DAYS OF THE SEMINAR?

Yes, in order to graduate from the Desert Leadership Seminar, you must attend all 3 days.

CAN I VOLUNTEER?

If you have graduated from a previous Desert Leadership Seminar or from a sister seminar in Okinawa, North Carolina or Camp Pendleton, then yes we would be thrilled to have you volunteer!

If you have not graduated from a seminar, you would need to attend and graduate to be eligible to volunteer!
